This wine is produced with grapes of the ancient Pignoletto
vine which is cultivated near the hills of the Emilia region.
This pleasant slightly sparkling wine comes from selected grapes which follow a careful
vinification.
With its light straw colour, sapid taste, harmonic and spicy bouquet, it is ideal with
hors-d'oeuvres, light meat and fish.
The Pignoletto must be served chilled
( 8° - 10° C ). |
