The typical Trebbiano, Alionza, Montuni and Albana grapes
which are grown in the country around the village of Castelfranco Emilia, are vinified
together to obtain this agreeable white wine full of taste and flavour. Wine of a pale yellow colour, soft and pleasant taste, fine and rich in froth, is a pleasing sparkling indicated for light meals, starters and lean meat and ideal as an aperitif and on its own. Serve chilled (10° - 12° C). |
