It is produced from the grapes of the "Sorbara"
vine cultivated in the alluvial soils of the Panaro and Secchia rivers of Modena province.
The "Sorbara", thanks to its fine characteristics, is the most popular among the
many Lambrusco varietals.
It is a dry wine with a nice clear ruby colour and a good body. Its froth is just pink and
very smooth thanks to the long natural fermentation.
It goes well with pastas, boiled meat and cheeses.
Serve at cellar temperature (14° - 16° C).
