This wine is obatined by selected grapes coming from organic
'Grasparossa' vines cultivated on the hilly side of Modena province. This organic
Lambrusco presents very fine characteristics like its intense ruby red colour, purple
froth, harmonic and smooth taste, strong fruity aroma typical of this vine.
It is ideal with pasta, boiled meat and the traditional dishes of the regional cuisine.
Serve at cellar temperature (14° - 16° C).
