It is produced from the "Sorbara" vine cultivated in the Modena province in the
alluvial soils of the rivers Secchia and Panaro.
This Lambrusco we named "Fruttato" shows particular and unmistakable
characteristics. The top quality wine base, obtained by selected grapes followed by a
proper vinification and then matched with a bunch of special yeast for the sparkle, give
as a result an excellent Sorbara with a distinct nose and aroma which recalls the fruit of
origin.
It is of a ruby red colour with a fine and rich froth coming from a slow fermentation at a
low temperature.
Pleasantly dry on the palate, it is ideal with pastas and the typical dishes of the
region.
Serve at cellar temperature (14° - 16° C).
