
Lambrusco Scuro - Emilia IGT
Red wine, sparkling for natural fermentation.

In the countryside of Emilia, at the border of the provinces
of Modena, Reggio and Mantova, several grapes of good origin are grown and the wine
obtained is a good "dark" Lambrusco. We named it "Nivola" in memory of
the legendary cardriver of Mantova, Tazio Nuvolari. It has a deep, ruby red colour, strong structure, red froth, fruity and pleasant taste. It is a wine particularly indicated with rich dishes, roasts, game and the typical food of the Padana valley. Serve at cellar temperature (14° - 16° C).
