This wine comes from the grapes of the "Salamino" vine grown in the S.Croce area, north of Modena.

It is a sapid wine, full of body with a characteristic fruity flavour, deep ruby red with a lively froth, sparkling and fading.

It is available both in the Dry and Semi-sweet (amabile) versions.

The dry version goes with pastas, red meat and cheese and it must be served at cellar temperature.

The amabile version is appreciated as a dessert wine and on its own.

Serve cool (10° - 12° C).
