The property is located near the hills surrounding the village of Castelvetro in the Modena Province and it belongs to the Chiarli family for over a century.

Today 42 hectares out of the 71 of the total estate are vineyards.
At the centre of the estate there is a Listed Villa with a centuries-old garden and, recently, a new cellar has been built nearby.

The Cellar will be used for the management of the DOC grapes grown in the property.

In harmony with the existing style of the other premises, the new cellar has an area suitable for the pressing, vinification, storage, bottling, packaging of top quality wines using a high-tech equipment.

The same premises have also tasting halls for the wines and products of the Azienda Agricola and meeting space for all the people who are welcome to come for visiting the estate. It is also possible to see where a limited quantity of the prestigious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena- Traditional - is produced and kept.
