It is produced from Lambrusco
grapes which are grown in the Province of Modena, known as the most typical area of
Origin of the Lambrusco grape varietals.
Thanks to its characteristics of lightness, sparkle and sapidity, it is particularly fit
for today's food habits and it is therefore very appreciated by the young people.
It is of a quite ruby red colour with a pink froth, pleasant taste, sparkling and fruity
flavour.
It is available in both the Dry and Semi-sweet versions.
The semi-sweet (amabile) is good for pic-nic, light meals and parties while the dry goes
well with pastas, salami and cheeses.
Serve chilled (10° - 12° C).
