The "Tenuta Cialdini", which is part of the Azienda Agricola Chiarli, is located close to the hills of
Castelvetro di Modena area. Here a large vineyard (12 hectares), thanks to its site, type of soil and climate, gives grapes of fine quality of the noble "Grasparossa" vine. Harvesting and vinification are carried out with extreme care following the methods based on the Chiarli traditions. It is a wine well appreciated by the connoisseurs for its dark ruby colour, sapid and vinous, full-body with a fine and fading froth. "Villa Cialdini" is particularly suitable for all the typical dishes of the Emilia region. As most sparkling wines from Emilia, it does not need ageing. Serve at room temperature (18° - 20° C). |
