LAMBRUSCO DI GRASPAROSSA DI CASTELVETRO DOC

Dry, red, semi sparkling wine

The Grasparossa di Castevetro DOC ‘Vigneto Enrico Cialdini’ is obtained by the grapes of a single vineyard of 12,5 hectares of the Generale Cialdini Estate located in the south east area of the rolling hills of the village of Castelvetro whose soils are known to be the best for growing the ancient Grasparossa grape varietal.

The grapes, manually picked and rigorously selected, are temperature controlled pressed and vinified in the modern cellar located in the property. Thus is this wine bottled following a slow “pris de mousse” in “cuves closes” and maturing period.

Displaying a ruby red with violet lights colour, intense froth, full structure, round with lovely blackberry and raspberry fruit on the palate, the ‘Vigneto Enrico Cialdini’ belongs to the elite of Cleto Chiarli range of wines.

Serve at cellar temperature (14°-16°C).
