LAMBRUSCO DI SORBARA DOC

Red wine, dry, sparkling for natural fermentation in bottle.



ZOOM - Lambrusco del Fondatore CHIARLI-1860, with the aim at keeping alive the traditions of their land, produce today the Lambrusco made at Cleto Chiarli's time:
  • grapes coming from the vineyards located in the Sorbara area
  • classic vinification
  • bottling made during the waning moon of March
  • natural cork closure to the brim of the bottle manually tied up with a string
  • fermentation in the bottle
  • adequate ageing

This Lambrusco is addressed to those consumers who can appreciate the characteristics of the natural fermentation in bottle which reminds to the particular taste of the Lambrusco in past times.

It is a dark ruby wine, dry, fruity with a fine and fading froth.

Serve at cellar temperature (14° - 16° C).

Care while opening and pouring to avoid the light and typical fermentation residual being removed from the bottom of the bottle.
