The slightly early harvesting of selected Lambrusco red grapes, the careful "white" wine-making, the slow fermentation in "cuves closes" which gives fine and rich sparkle as well as a persistent "perlage", enables us to obtain this top quality produce.

The Lambrusco Bianco combines the best features of the finest Lambrusco wines with the characteristics of texture lightness of the most precious white wines.

It is ideal for drinking with food or simply on its own with friends.
