This Spumante wine is obtained by a selection of Pignoletto grapes, an
indigenous varietal of Colli Bolognesi, growing in the vineyards belonging
to Chiarli. The result of a careful vinification and fermentation in ‘cuve
close’ at low temperature for more than six months is this lively Spumante
Brut of class and distinguished characteristics.
Showing a soft straw colour as well as a slightly aromatic and velvety taste
this wine is ideal as an aperitif, with hors-d’oeuvres and fish courses.
Serve chill (8° - 10°C).
