Chiarli 1860 - Pignoletto Colli Bolognesi

The ancient Pignoletto vine is cultivated in very limited areas of the Bologna Apennines hills. Thanks to the temperate climate, the dry soil and the grape growers' ability we obtain these prestigious grapes which carefully selected and vinified give us this excellent dry, slightly sparkling white wine.
Of a light yellow colour, dry, well balanced taste and spicy bouquet, it is a wine ideal with hors-d'oeuvres, lean meat and fish.
Serve chilled (8° - 10°C).
