| This very fine product is obtained thanks to the excellent grapes,
selected in the vines of Azienda Agricola Chiarli of Sozzigalli (Sorbara). This
Lambrusco is produced following thoroughly the rules that Cleto Chiarli improved more than
140 years ago.
With "Vecchia Modena" CHIARLI-1860 are offering the authentic Lambrusco of
the 'old' Modena:
dry and sapid taste, pleasant bouquet, fine and fading froth, light in colour.
It is perfect with paste asciutte, tortellini, boiled meat and the most typical dishes
of the local cuisine.
Serve at cellar temperature (14° - 16° C).
